Mississippi is one of the most diverse topographical states in the Union, having the following regions: Tombigbee Hills, Black Prairie, Piney Hills, Interior Flatwoods, North Central Hills, Loess Bluff or Brown Loam Hills, Delta, Central Backlands or Jackson Prairie, and my stomping grounds, the Coastal Flatwoods. Always on the lookout for the light, I never know what I might find in any given region.
I am not so pretentious to think that I could rightly represent any given area, but I hope that this gallery represents the greater whole of all these areas. I hope that this gallery is an overall representation of the great State of Mississippi.
